Job summary

Amazon’s AWS Industries Operations is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst II for the FaaST team to drive Annual Planning and In Year Planning across four industry verticals, partnering with operations teams to turn data into actionable plans and ensure scalable, prioritized execution.

You will analyze large datasets, identify trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, while exploring AI-enabled automation to simplify planning processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guide the operations teams through Annual Planning and In Year Planning cycles.
• Analyze large data sets to surface insights, identify trends, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify planning processes using AI and ticketing tools, making workflows more scalable across the team.
• Collaborate closely with the broader Annual Planning team to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure consistent execution across verticals.
• Create clear documentation, communicate requirements to partners, and negotiate priorities while managing stakeholder expectations.
