Job summary

Nestlé USA seeks an Analyst to transform sales, execution and customer data into actionable insights for the Sales Operation Management (SOM) organization. You will support One Source of the Truth and partner with Sales Leaders to drive performance and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes turning data into concise reporting, leveraging Power BI, Tableau, and other tools, with travel up to 10% and a salary range between $66,741.30 and $92,647.00 per year.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and time-management skills.
• Data visualization via Tableau & Power BI skills highly preferred, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance to identify trends, gaps and opportunities, translating data into actionable business insights.
• Support business planning with projections, performance-to-goal insights and alignment to key division and customer priorities.
• Proactively surface performance risks, execution gaps and opportunities requiring SOM or leadership attention.
• Turn data into concise, executive-ready reporting that clearly communicates performance, opportunities and actions through reporting and storytelling.
• Leverage Power BI and technology to simplify reporting, improve insights and enable continuous improvement.
• Serve as an analytical thought partner, providing insights that enable SOMs to prioritize, align stakeholders and drive action.
