Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a driven Customer Experience & Sales Support professional to greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, and nurture leads. You’ll work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure a smooth buyer journey in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hospitality or retail, a valid license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Growth and training opportunities are highlighted with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required; degrees are preferred.
• 1–3 years of related work experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase certification for sales and operations.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing with product features and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication via calls, text, and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives and customer follow-up activities.
• Process paperwork and assist across dealership operations.
