Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support role to greet customers, present vehicle features, and assist with financing basics. You will nurture internet leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team with test drives and follow-up activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, multi-department collaboration, and keeping operations organized while ensuring a positive customer journey through the dealership. A valid driver's license and a customer-first attitude are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during the purchasing process and explain financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with prospective customers via phone, text and email.
• Support sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations and customer follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments and loan documentation.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Work with the sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals.
