Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a customer-focused team member to enhance the dealership experience and support Sales & Operations through every step of the car-buying journey.

You’ll greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, and follow up to nurture relationships across channels. The role emphasizes teamwork, multi-department collaboration, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, sales or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase learning certification for sales and operations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing with features, pricing and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, calls, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication via phone/text/email.
• Support sales with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-up.
