Job summary

DriveTime is hiring for a Customer Experience & Sales Support role. You will greet customers, assist during the purchasing process, present vehicle features and financing basics, and follow up with leads to nurture relationships.

You will also help with dealership operations, maintain showroom presentation, and support teamwork across departments. A positive attitude and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail.
• Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing with features, pricing and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, calls and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with prospects via phone, text, and email.
• Support test drives, vehicle presentations and follow-up activities.
