Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support associate to greet customers, present vehicle features, and guide buyers through financing basics. You will support the sales and operations advisors, follow up with leads, and schedule appointments to nurture relationships.

You will also assist with paperwork, inventory presentation, and cross-department operations. A High School diploma or GED is required, plus 1–3 years in a customer-facing role and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, sales or retail
• Ability to progress through multi-phase training (Level 1 and 2)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing, present features and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with prospective customers via phone, text, and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, title documents, and loan paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Help maintain operational flow and accountability across departments.
