Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Sales Services Associate to support planning and execution of trade shows, meetings and events.

You will maintain account documentation, process invoices, and assist with cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant, on-time deliverables. The role requires attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work with Sales Directors on dossier maintenance and budget monitoring.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field.
• Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Management is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute industry trade show participation and meetings.
• Process department invoices and coordinate with accounting for timely payments.
• Maintain Retail Account dossiers and related compliance documentation.
• Monitor budgets in SmartOffice / Concur and ensure spending aligns with plans.
• Assist with coupon charges and product catalog updates.
