The role collaborates with inventory and warehouse teams, supports trade shows, processes orders from customers and distributors, and helps manage e-commerce operations and marketing materials in New York. Strong MS Office and 2–4 years' related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales administration or related field.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales support activities for professional beauty industry clients.
• Process orders from customers and distributors; collaborate with sales admin.
• Manage accounts receivable and report issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing.
