Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. in Port Washington, NY is seeking a Sales Services Associate to support planning and execution of sales support activities, coordinate trade shows, meetings, and events, and ensure documentation and invoices are processed accurately.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales Directors and other teams, maintain promotional calendars, monitor budgets, set up vendors, and help with broker contracts and coupon management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Management required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute industry trade shows and retail engagements.
• Place product orders, arrange collateral, booth furnishings, graphics, decor, and videos.
• Register company and staff, manage room reservations, and coordinate food and beverage.
• Maintain account dossiers and sales documentation as staff changes or terms occur.
