Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Management (Required).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• Analytical intelligence, business communications, detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; strong organizational skills.
• Language: English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade show participation, retail events, meetings, and related activities.
• Maintain Retail Account dossiers and sales documentation; monitor changes.
• Maintain Promotional Planning Calendar; reflect program changes.
• Assist with department budget planning; create budget codes in SmartOffice/Concur.
• Process invoices timely; coordinate with accounting; set up vendors.
• Support Broker Contract renewals; track commissions and reports.
• Assist with prepack display setup for Retail Accounts.
• Process coupons invoices; publish coupon spend reports; update product catalogue.
