Wellmark, Inc. is seeking a Business Support Analyst to join the Sales Operations and Enablement team. You will bridge business needs with technology, support sales platforms, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

The role requires analyzing requirements, coordinating testing, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders, including producers and vendors. A strong emphasis on Excel and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or direct work experience in business analysis.
• Minimum of 2 years of business analysis or related experience.
• Ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating with vendors including meetings and presentations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards or guidelines for data/file upgrades.
• Self-starter with time management and ability to manage competing projects.
• Collaborative approach with product, technology and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• a. Support applications and systems of low to moderate complexity for the sales team.
• b. Define, validate, and document business requirements for system changes.
• c. Analyze and troubleshoot low to moderate complexity issues and their impact.
• d. Identify root causes; coordinate conversations across business and technology.
• e. Coordinate testing with technology; design test plans and track outcomes.
• f. Apply diverse testing techniques to validate against the plan.
• g. Communicate with product, technology and stakeholders to align requirements.
• h. Ensure desk-level procedures and process docs are created/updated.
• i. Communicate issue resolutions to end users; liaise between Tech and Sales.
• j. Use tracking tools to document requirements, dependencies, and priorities.
• k. Participate in scrum events: stand-ups, refinements, demos, PI planning, retros.
• l. Develop and maintain desk-level procedures for supported apps/systems.
• m. Stay informed on regulations and upgrades to ensure compliance.
• n. Monitor production support metrics to identify opportunities for improvements.
• o. Other duties as assigned.
