Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analysis, systems, configurations, or related experience; OR 3+ years’ health insurance operations experience (e.claims, customer service, membership & enrollment, etc.).
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate to team members and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting system implementations and testing, including early-stage initiatives.
• Solid Excel skills and openness to Power BI for dashboarding and automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define, and validate business requirements for necessary system modifications, enhancements, upgrades, or changes.
• Lead and coordinate testing efforts; design test scenarios; write and execute test cases with traceability.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to improve and achieve a positive member experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policies while updating desk-level procedures as needed.
