Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables & queries), Power Point, Outlook, and CoPilot.
• Excellent Verbal and written Communication Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to work in a Team concept
• Meeting Facilitation and Presentation Skills
• Understanding of the Sales Process and a type of sales experience preferred
• Expected to maintain high levels of integrity and ethics - responsible for maintaining confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for sales teams, management, and operational staff to ensure customer owner success.
• Assist with maintaining customer, contract, and sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness to support decision-making and business growth.
• Generate reports and track key sales metrics to assist management with forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Assist with customer record management, contract administration, and related documentation while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Supports in developing, analyzing, and maintaining spreadsheets and databases to improve data visibility for the sales and operations team.
• Assist with the collaboration with cross-functional teams and assist with the scheduling, planning, and facilitating of meetings, training, and regional events.
• Communicate meeting content, utilizing AI for efficiency, for alignment and accountability.
• Support the Sunrise Sales Process with the primary goal of customer satisfaction & sales growth.
• Assist the Sales and Operations Coordinator to streamline communication and processes from leadership to ensure teamwork amongst sales and operations in all divisions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the Sunrise team.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
