Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Sales Operations Service Agent to support the Sales Operations Service Center, delivering exceptional customer service to brokers/agents and uplines via phone and written inquiries.

You will collaborate with the Sales Operations Management team on service-related projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality, commitment, and courtesy for both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Experience providing quality service across a broad range of business topics.
• Telephonic customer service experience including handling of escalated calls.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality online and telephone assistance to all customers.
• Resolve inquiries related to member, employer and broker questions and issues.
• Make recommendations to management concerning problems, problem trends and process improvement.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to understand, track and trend quality performance issues.
• Support service-related projects as required.
