Job summary

Motion Industries in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager who develops and delivers support services to the sales force, acting as liaison between customers, sales staff, and distribution.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of related experience; you will supervise 5–10 direct reports and oversee branch inventory, AP, and pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all sales support activities at the branch.
• Train sales staff on systems, databases, and processes.
• Provide customer support including orders, delivery dates, and price changes.
• Implement and maintain pricing per policy.
• Manage collections and invoices.
• Handle accounts payable including expenses, inventory and freight invoices.
• Prepare reports on inquiries, trends, complaints, delivery, or service issues.
• Assist customers and suppliers to resolve order problems.
• Manage branch inventory to meet annual turn goals.
• Fill in for other branch roles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
