Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and weekly maintenance; manage DOT compliance and cross-dock freight processing.
• Coordinate hiring decisions and performance appraisals; approve pricing concessions as needed.
• Monitor Daily Management Review (DMR) and ensure safety compliance.
