The position of Sales Operations Specialist is crucial to the team’s success. In this role, you will be a significant point of contact between the company and our vendors. You will be responsible for providing excellent support to the sales team while acting as a liaison between them and our vendors. Tasks include completing sales orders, invoicing, shipment tracking, handling of returns, reconciliation, AP/AR, among other duties. Experience working at a Value Added Reseller is a plus!

Responsibilities include

• Provide overall excellent customer service to help complete any customer requests and resolve potentialissues

• Support the sales team by overseeing the order process within our internalsystems

  • Providing shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers
  • Work with the Accounting department in supporting accounts payable and receivableprocesses
  • Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate returnrequests
  • Order modifications/changes
  • Produce and distribute internal and external reports asneeded

• Process shipping label request

• Perform other duties asneeded

Physical Demands

• Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day
• Keyboarding for 8 hours per day
• Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)
• Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)

Job Location:

• If local to the Phoenix, AZ area, job will be performed at a Phoenix location
• If located outside of a reasonable commute, remote candidates will be considered
