The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel and a readiness to learn new software.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; comfortable learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Account Management of active accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and teammates.
• Help ensure overall success for clients and iT1.
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve requests and issues.
• Process orders within internal systems to support sales.
• Invoice customers and provide shipment tracking information to Account Managers.
• Assist with pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations.
• Coordinate with Accounting on AP/AR processes and returns.
• Generate internal and external reports as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
