iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is looking for a hardworking Warehouse Associate Level 1 to join our team. This entry-level role covers shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle receiving and processing stock, picking and packing orders, labeling, and may make trips to UPS/FedEx. Onsite only; strong organizational skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written work instructions accurately.
• Experience interacting with external customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate Level 1 is responsible for shipping and receiving stock as well as inventory control. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, organizing and retrieving stock and kitting shipments.

*Please note: This is an onsite location.

• Putting together cardboard boxes for shipping
• Kitting shipments into boxes
• Making and printing labels
• Shipping and Receiving
• Possibly going to UPS/FedEx for drop-offs
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
• Maintaining inventory
• Auditing

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to produce a high standard deliverable while under time constraint pressure
• Experience interacting with external customers
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good documentation skills
• Must be able to accurately follow written work instructions
• Must be able to work in a structured environment
• Must have strong organization, time management, and prioritizing skills
• Able to drive a box truck
• Must have the ability to keep a consistent pace
• Ability to work independently without constant instruction
• Able to change from one task to another quickly
• Accurate data entry
• Must have reliable transportation
