iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team and manage vendor communications. You will handle orders, invoicing, shipping, returns, AP/AR, and reporting while collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, and financial skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level organization and time-management.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in independent and team settings.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel; ability to learn new software.
• Aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
• Financial skills and background.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve requests.
• Oversee the order process within internal systems.
• Provide shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes with Accounting.
• Facilitate returns with customers and manufacturers.
• Process shipping label requests and account modifications.
• Produce and distribute reports as needed.
