Insight Global is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support the sales team by managing the order-to-delivery process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will handle contract administration, inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and customer order management to ensure accurate delivery and proactive communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Track contract terms, delivery schedules, pricing, and volume commitments while identifying discrepancies or upcoming renewal needs.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of sales contracts, purchase agreements, and order confirmations.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery details, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain customer account records, including key contacts, contract history, orders, and issue tracking.
