Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple small-to-medium complexity initiatives with accountability for scope, timeline, and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of operations, go-to-market processes, and supporting business systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and SDLC methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and improve business processes using data-driven insights.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment and results.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of ownership, initiative, and accountability; able to work independently.
• Curiosity, proactive mindset, and focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to document business processes, controls, and decisions for governance and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage sales operations initiatives from intake through delivery with cross-functional partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Segment, Market Solutions, and Sales Training for go-to-market planning and execution.
• Assist in operationalizing competitive differentiation by supporting sales processes and system changes aligned with priorities.
• Serve as a governance partner for sales-related systems and ensure alignment with priorities and enterprise standards.
• Partner with product and technology teams to support system changes and communicate impacts to end users.
• Document business processes, controls, decisions, and requirements to improve clarity and auditability.
• Identify risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and contribute to problem solving.
