Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or direct and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand, performance, or digital marketing with progressive responsibility.
• Analytical and strategic thinker who translates insights into recommendations.
• Understanding of marketing measurement and analytics to evaluate performance.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing outcomes through data-informed decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present persuasively.
• Ability to serve as a strategic adviser and align on business goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, self-directed with planning and organization skills.
• Ability to build relationships with peers, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Proficiency with marketing technology platforms to execute campaigns.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and AI productivity tools (Copilot).

Responsibilities

• a. Analyze and translate business insights into strategic marketing plans.
• b. Build strategic briefs, roadmaps, budgets, and personas for collaborative planning.
• c. Define value propositions, positioning, and audience prioritization.
• d. Lead creation and delivery of strategic artifacts including briefs and roadmaps.
• e. Partner with channel owners, analytics, and execution leaders for alignment.
• f. Serve as strategic advisor to stakeholders on decisions and opportunities.
• g. Develop measurement strategies and test-and-learn approaches to optimize performance.
• h. Communicate strategic recommendations and performance insights to leadership.
• i. Contribute to near and long-term marketing planning with team leadership.
• j. Other duties as assigned.
