Job summary

Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield is seeking a Strategic Sales Channel Analyst to advance analytics across product and sales channels. You will develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, support sales compensation design, and deliver insights that inform business decisions.

You will partner with Sales Operations and other teams to define metrics, analyze challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations that drive strategic outcomes and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or direct and applicable work experience.
• 4+ years of experience with data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into consumable insights for business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, and Business Objects, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
