Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Downers Grove, IL. The role focuses on timely, accurate processing of branch sales orders in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit apps, obtaining quotes, setting up new customer files, and ensuring proper documentation for leases and maintenance contracts. You will enter orders in SAP ECC and CRM, coordinate deliveries and service, track order status, and support the sales team with

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience as an assistant in a sales organization or similar administrative financing role.
• Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Superb written and oral communications skills.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit and review credit applications for pre-approval of all deals, including cash deals.
• Obtain buy-out and trade-up quotes as needed.
• Coordinate new customer file setup and existing customer profile maintenance with Master Data.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of order documents including leasing requirements and maintenance contract.
• Enter orders in SAP ECC and CRM while ensuring revenue recognition per GAAP.
• Coordinate out-of-territory deliveries and ongoing service with dealers.
• Liaise with Corporate National Accounts as orders warrant.
• Track and report order status from entry to final invoicing.
• Coordinate with leasing companies to ensure timely funding of lease transactions.
• Scan customer documents; manage lease returns.
• Lease Portfolio Management and Reporting.
• Coordinate with Contract Coordinator on billing issues and AR resolution.
• Provide administrative and system support for sales representatives.
• Handle internal and external inquiries from Service, Sales & Mgmt.
• Document management for contracts, leases, negotiations, etc.
• Equipment creation related to MLS when devices are pre-existing.
• Other duties as assigned.
