Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to drive quotes from request to delivery. You will be the connective tissue between customers, OEM partners, and distribution channels, operating with urgency, precision, and commercial intelligence.

You will own the end-to-end quote process, register bids on Cisco CCW, coordinate with distributors for pricing, and build accurate quotes in Sage X3. This role demands strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating OEM bid registration platforms (Cisco CCW or comparable).
• Strong understanding of hardware resale margins and cost structures.
• Proven ability to create accurate, professional quotes in ERP/quoting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quote process from customer request to delivery.
• Register bids with OEM platforms and coordinate with account managers for approvals.
• Coordinate with distributors to secure competitive pricing and timely quotes.
• Build and deliver accurate quotes in Sage X3 with clear pricing rationale.
• Maintain pricing visibility across OEM and distributor networks and flag changes.
