GIT America, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to support sales managers across accounts, resolve issues, track orders, verify pricing, and coordinate deliveries with HQ Sales while monitoring accounts receivable and invoicing.

You will collaborate with internal teams to manage orders, ensure timely billing, and assist in month-end closing to maximize revenue and hit targets. Fluency in English with conversational Korean is required, with occasional evening/weekend work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately, independently and in a team.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; conversational Korean.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues and align on solutions.
• Track and manage open orders, verify pricing, coordinate inventory with HQ, and monitor shipment/billing.
• Process daily Sales Orders and Delivery Orders; track billing status.
• Support month-end closing activities to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
• Manage customer purchase orders and generate sales reports; maintain documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Monitor accounts receivable and credit limits; resolve credit issues with customers and the credit team.
• Develop and update operations manuals and share best practices within the team.
