Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, customer service environment, or related background.
• Experience with billing and order processing.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Populate and process business cases with accuracy and compliance across platforms.
• Assist Sales Engineers with cost estimates and BOMs based on technical inputs.
• Track progress and report on business case status to meet deadlines.
• Assist in preparation and review of sales case estimates and ensure OLA timeframes are met.
• Support the creation of deliverables for the variable-speed model, including docs and presentations.
• Maintain templates and ensure data accuracy for proposals and gate reviews.
