Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, finance and legal to improve workflows, develop and document processes, and train teams on tools like Highspot or Seismic. Travel up to 25% is expected; a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in tech sales operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years in sales operations in a technology company.
• Strong data interpretation and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CRM system (MSD) for sales ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing operational support, including resource distribution.
• Review and oversee quotes and assist with contract management to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve operational issues and improve cross-functional workflows.
• Develop and document sales operations processes, policies, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners on sales tools and operational procedures.
• Participate in special projects related to sales process improvement and system enhancements.
• Perform weekly monthly and quarterly reports for the sales team.
