VIAVI Solutions, a global provider of network test, monitoring, and assurance solutions, seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize sales processes and manage data accuracy across the organization.

The role supports the sales team and channel partners with onboarding, enablement, contract review, and KPI reporting, driving efficiency and revenue growth in a fast-paced tech environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations within a technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Preferred experience with CRM systems (MSD) and sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic).
• Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CRM system (e.g., MSD) for sales ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing operational support, including resource distribution.
• Review and oversee quotes and assist with contract management to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve operational issues and improve cross-functional workflows.
• Develop and document sales operations processes, policies, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners on sales tools and operational procedures.
• Participate in special projects related to sales process improvement and system enhancements.
• Perform weekly monthly and quarterly reports for the sales team.
