Armaments Research Company (ARC) is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to help run the engine behind our growth. You will keep our pipeline, contracts, and customer data accurate and visible so leadership can make fast, informed decisions about where to focus.

This is an ideal first role for a recent graduate who loves structure, data, and problem-solving and wants to learn how defense technology is sold, funded, and fielded. You will have real ownership from the start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Strong data handling and Excel/Sheets capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARC's CRM with complete, accurate opportunities, contacts, and stage updates.
• Track opportunities across government pathways (SBIR/STTR, OTAs, task orders).
• Prepare weekly pipeline reports and forecasts for leadership.
• Flag stalled deals and upcoming deadlines to prevent issues.
• Build dashboards on pipeline value, win rates, and sales activity.
• Support quotes, orders, and contract paperwork with Finance and Contracts.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and with PM on deliveries.
