We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our thriving Revenue Operations team, scaling sales processes to meet department goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about process optimization. You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with Sales and SDR Leadership, Revenue Enablement, Salesforce Admins, and other GTM stakeholders.

What You'll Do Here

  1. Support our sales tech stack (Salesforce, Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong, etc.) through administration, troubleshooting, optimization, and automation.
  2. Identify opportunities and recommend improvements to enhance sales performance and tech stack efficiency.
  3. Maintain and monitor Salesforce dashboards and Google Sheets tracking sales health, forecasts, pacing, and performance metrics.
  4. Analyze sales data for insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  5. Support ad hoc reporting and troubleshooting requests from sales leadership.
  6. Collaborate with Salesforce admins and Sales Leadership to optimize Salesforce processes, rules, and data structures for productivity and reporting.
  7. Assist in defining and enforcing rules of engagement, including creating and updating rules.
  8. Manage Sales Territories using GeoPointe, including territory creation, assignment, and funnel distribution.
  9. Document processes to scale our Sales Ops functions, involving stakeholder input and review.
  10. Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams on initiatives to improve efficiency and data insights.
  11. Ensure adherence to approval rules related to pricing strategies and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Need to Thrive

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or related field
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is required
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis preferred
  • Knowledge of Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong, or similar tools preferred
  • Ability to leverage AI, automation, and triggers to streamline tasks
  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required
  • Tech-savvy with a curiosity for new tools and data
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative and capable of working with multiple stakeholders
  • Empathetic with a supportive attitude towards team members
  • Experience with SaaS or the beauty industry is a plus

How We’ll Take Care Of You:

The total compensation for this role ranges from $65,450 to $93,500, depending on skills and experience. We offer room for growth and advancement.
