Summary:

The Sales Operations Specialist will support the Property & Casualty National Practice Business Development and Marketing teams by managing various CRM / Power BI data, driving sales, convergence, and M&A initiatives, and enhancing digital marketing and communication platforms. The primary objective is to provide technical expertise that fosters a high-performing sales culture across Business Development, Marketing, and Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
  1. CRM / Power BI Data Management
    • Collaborate with regional partners and the Applied Epic team to support end users, maintain data integrity, and validate CRM and Power BI database files.
    • Develop and standardize Power BI reports, dashboards, and advanced queries to audit and validate data related to sales, convergence, and pipeline activity.
    • Generate and distribute producer scorecards and other key reports tailored to the P&C practice.
  2. Marketing and Business Development Support
    • Track campaign activity and Market Qualified Leads (MQL’s).
    • Aggregate and present sales and marketing data from various CRMs and platforms.
    • Help maintain the Property & Casualty PulseNet site by gathering and maintaining content and operational resources.
    • Assist with refining internal shared content, meeting slide decks, and resources.
    • Support initiatives to optimize P&C sales processes and align sales and marketing efforts.
  3. Mergers & Acquisition Alignment
    • Partner with the Business Development Leader and M&A team to refine shared content and resources.
    • Assist in projects to streamline integration processes.
    • Work with Regional Leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and develop SOPs for success tracking and improvement.
    • Collaborate with Learning & Development to provide training and mentorship for new P&C team members.
    • Support additional projects as assigned by management.
  4. Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Education, Training, and Experience:
    • Experience in broker agency or insurance sector marketing is a plus.
    • Experience with large data management, filtering, queries, and segmentation.
    • CRM experience (D365, Applied Epic, Salesforce).
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, WordPress preferred.

    The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Compensation depends on skills, education, experience, and location.
