Job summary

You will work with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Packaging, and Sales to ensure assets are compliant, complete, and delivered on time for product launches and ongoing campaigns. The role requires strong project management skills, experience with content management systems (Salsify preferred), and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communications/E‑commerce/Digital Media/IS or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain digital product content across retailer platforms (Walmart, Target, CVS, Ulta, Walgreens).
• Organize and validate product assets (images, videos, supporting content).
• Review assets for accuracy and retailer compliance prior to publication.
• Support publication and maintenance for assigned accounts and content updates.
• Monitor retailer content quality scores and implement improvements.
