Job summary

Checkpoint Surgical Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking an organized administrative professional to support the sales organization in Independence.

This on-site role focuses on distributor contract execution, file management, and regional sales meeting coordination. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and regional leaders to ensure timely, accurate documentation and smooth logistics for quarterly trainings and national meetings, while maintaining strict confidentiality and strong

Qualifications

• Two or more years in administrative, sales support, contract administration, or event coordination.
• Ability to manage high volumes of documents with precision.
• Experience tracking contracts through execution, including status and dates.
• Experience coordinating meetings and logistics, including agendas and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor contract documentation from initiation through execution.
• Track status, renewal deadlines, and amendments across the distributor network.
• Maintain organized contract file system for quick verification.
• Coordinate end-to-end regional sales meetings and field training events.
• Handle logistics: venue, travel, lodging, catering, AV, and materials.
• Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate schedules.
• Track attendance items and follow up to closure.
• Support national sales meeting logistics as needed.
• Provide internal point of contact for distributor admin questions.
• Produce recurring admin reports as directed by sales leadership.
• Support general office operations for Independence office.
