Job summary

AssistIQ in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Clinical Sales Lead with deep OR and perioperative workflow knowledge to drive clinical credibility in the sales cycle. You will lead demos, answer clinical questions, and partner with Account Executives to map customer needs to product and implementation workstreams.

Travel 25–50% to customer sites to showcase value and gather feedback. This is a high-visibility role on a small, fast-growing team with ownership over how we sell and enable live customer

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with OR and perioperative workflows.
• Experience in customer-facing or cross-functional roles explaining clinical workflow.
• Ability to present demos to nurses and hospital executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives as clinical SME through all sales stages.
• Lead product demos for clinical, supply chain, and revenue cycle stakeholders.
• Answer clinical and workflow questions from nursing, perioperative, and procedural teams.
• Map current-state workflows to how AssistIQ integrates into OR operations.
• Travel to customer sites to run demos and on-site workflow assessments.
• Provide voice-of-the-customer feedback to product and implementation teams.
• Create reusable demo scripts and clinical talking points.
