Job summary

PC Solutions is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team with quotes, orders, and data management in a fast-paced MSP environment. The role focuses on reducing administrative workload for revenue staff and ensuring accuracy from quote to delivery.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across departments to streamline processes, manage calendars, and collaborate with accounting for payments and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, or order processing.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, quote entry, follow-up, order entry and invoicing.
• Convert approved quotes into invoices and orders ready for procurement.
• Provide administrative support to inside sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, and pricing data in CRM.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to support smooth transaction flow.
• Generate sales and operational reports as needed.
• Coordinate across sales, operations, and finance to support workflows.
• Help improve efficiency in sales processes and order management.
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
• Track payments and coordinate with accounting.
