Job summary

Adams Outdoor Advertising is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the advertising sales team with proposals, tracking, and reporting. You will manage inventories, prepare kits, and act as a liaison between clients and Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of clerical experience, and familiarity with advertising concepts. Onsite role with potential for regional exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years general office/clerical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of advertising functions and terms helpful.

Responsibilities

• Distributes all sales related information.
• Creates outgoing proposals and presentations.
• Compiles information for Account Executives.
• Compiles insertion orders and folders.
• Produces weekly projection numbers for sales management.
• Updates inventory reports in the Inventory Management System.
• Acts as assistant to SM and sometimes GM of the market.
• Answers incoming calls as a company representative.
• Prepares advertising/media kits and updates prospect kits.
• Researches current and potential clients and market trends.
• Losters liaison between clients, AEs and departments.
• Develops inventory maps to aid selling process.
