Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through commercialization at our Corporate Headquarters in Easton. You will own deliverables, drive schedules, manage risks, and ensure clear communication across engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams.

Requirements include a BS in Engineering or a related technical discipline, 2+ years managing $100K+ projects, and PMP or equivalent

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
  • Minimum two years' experience managing $100K+ projects using MS Project or equivalent.
  • Experience reading engineering drawings and BOMs; knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own all project deliverables and drive schedules, manage risks, and ensure timely, within-scope results.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project team meetings; maintain documentation and records.
  • Prepare and present overall project status to management; track progress and drive schedule improvements.
  • Apply Lean principles to improve project management and execution.

In this role, you'll own all project deliverables, drive schedules, manage risks, and ensure clear communication across engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams, making sure results are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
