Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, scheduling, and coordination within construction or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of coordination, scheduling methodologies, and workflow optimization for MEP, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, PowerBI, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the master schedule for BIM projects to align with milestones and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee multiple project pod groups and ensure seamless collaboration between BIM modelers and coordinators.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and schedule conflicts and implement mitigation strategies to improve workflow and performance.
  • Present schedule updates and risk reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

This role also carries a dotted-line reporting structure to the Team Lead, working closely together to coordinate priorities with piping design and overall project execution. You'll develop and maintain master schedules for BIM projects, oversee multiple project pod groups, and ensure seamless collaboration between BIM modelers and coordinators across corporate and remote locations.
