Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a Sales Admin to be the operational engine for the sales team. You will own CRM accuracy, incentive applications and deal flow to move proposals into funded projects.

You’ll act like a business analyst and project manager, using AI daily to speed tasks, support proposals, manage active projects, and continually improve sales operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales operations, sales support, business analysis, CRM administration or project coordination.
• Strong phone and written communication; persuasive proposals and emails.
• Experience leading status meetings, schedules and risk tracking.
• Daily use of AI to draft proposals, summarize guidance and analyze data.
• Hands-on Salesforce admin skills; familiarity with flows, reports, dashboards.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards in Power BI/Tableau; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own deal flow and system improvements from proposals to built projects.
• Manage caseload across sales, incentives and construction with timely updates.
• Improve CRM data quality, templates and pricing collateral.
• Coordinate with engineering, incentives and construction to keep deadlines.
• Produce status reports and lead weekly cross-functional reviews.
