Job summary

Advatix Inc. in Sterling, VA, is seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead the sales support function and optimize day‑to‑day operations, including team management and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will own pricing setup, data management, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Planning, QA, HR, and Product Development to drive efficiency and accuracy across the full sales process.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Operations
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience supporting multiple sales channels and customer-facing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office 365
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Strong reporting, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations & Process Management, pricing setup and contract administration
• Maintain customer pricing structures and data within CRM/ERP
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks
• Monitor market activity to support pricing and product positioning
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
• Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights
• Create ad hoc reports and dashboards for management
• Consolidate data from multiple systems for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Planning, QA, HR and Product Development
• Resolve operational issues impacting sales support activities
• Train and develop the Sales Support team
• Promote a collaborative, customer-focused environment
• Support multiple sales teams with effective communication
• Provide operational updates to leadership
