Job summary

Advatix is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services to lead a client success team and drive satisfaction, retention, and growth for a multi-state US client base. The role requires partnering with product, onboarding, and sales to ensure clients achieve their goals with the company’s offerings.

You will develop client success programs, leverage data to improve processes, and oversee onboarding, renewals, and expansion opportunities while coaching staff to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and support business growth.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of customer success strategies, business operations, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a client success team, fostering collaboration and customer advocacy.
• Ensure clients are satisfied, retained, and positioned for growth.
• Partner with product, technical, and sales teams to address client needs.
