Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of warehouse experience.
• Proficient with SAP transactions.
• Continuous Improvement training or CIT involvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balances skilled labor across warehouse, receiving and shipping activities.
• Oversees material handlers to meet safety, cost, service, quality and efficiency goals.
• Communicates safety, quality and productivity information to supervisors and managers.
• Motivates staff to meet department goals and provides necessary resources.
