Job summary

Callaway Golf Company in the United States seeks an experienced SAP professional to lead and support SAP S/4HANA and OTC lifecycle initiatives across global business units.

You will collaborate with regional leads, manage multiple projects, drive requirements definitions, enable effective change management, and foster global partnerships to maximize value, performance, and consistency across the SAP landscape (PP, EWM, FI) in a fashion, retail, and manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in Fashion, Retail and manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in a global environment.

• Provide business insight into the workings of SAP Sales and Distribution functionality.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide business insight into the workings of SAP Sales and Distribution functionality Manage the design, development, and implementation of global business solutions.

COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• Experience configuring and supporting, SAP OTC lifecycle processes including pricing and output conditions
• Sound business process and industry knowledge around E-commerce within the fashion industry
• Experience with the integration of SAP Order processing with 3rd party applications
• Good leadership skills: people, process and technology.
• Demonstrated achievement in developing and maintaining business partnership at all levels and from varying cultures around the world.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; flexibility; responsiveness.
• Participative management style, advocate team-based concepts.
• Diverse background with broad knowledge of solution platforms, custom development, package implementations to work on highly complex projects.
• Good understanding of suite of SAP products & solutions.
• Proven experience in SAP PP, EWM, FI, with good knowledge on cross module integrations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and software life cycles Able to understand and consider the business impact of potential issues and solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S4/HANA
• Experience in Fashion, Retail and manufacturing sectors
• Experience in a global environment
