Job summary

KiwiCo, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Manager to scale our Education Sales operations. You will optimize CRM, ERP, and inventory systems, and partner with finance, operations, and engineering to drive customer success and measurable growth.

The role requires a data-driven, highly organized problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver end-to-end sales funnel insights and resourceful process improvements. Hybrid work in Mountain View, CA is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in a sales operations role or similar.
• Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot or similar).
• Experience with ERP (Netsuite or similar) and inventory planning tools.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented in documenting processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across internal teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage tools and systems critical for the sales process (CRM, ERP, inventory, fulfillment).
• Enhance productivity by building workflows and solving long-term process issues.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, customer care, and merchandising.
• Own end-to-end tracking of the sales funnel and metrics with regular insights.
• Analyze sales motions and team performance to improve outcomes for sales management.
• Engage with customers to drive success and relationships.
• Assist onboarding/training of new sales team members with documentation.
• Partner with engineering to build features for sales (third-party integrations, self-service ordering).
• Support inventory planning and development of sales marketing materials.
• Lead planning for education conferences and events.
