Job summary

Nextpower Inc in Fremont, CA seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to ensure accurate, scalable quoting for commercial opportunities across product lines and new BUs. You will design and maintain Excel-based quoting tools and automation workflows that speed quoting, improve governance, and support regional requirements.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales to translate requirements into quoting logic and to support CPQ integrations and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in quoting or sales ops.
• Experience building or supporting quoting tools for commercial, unreleased, or new BU products.
• Strong understanding of data cleansing and product configuration logic.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving product definitions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate quoting for opportunities across multiple product lines.
• Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based quoting tools and automation workflows.
• Implement complex logic for product structures, pricing, approvals, and BU integration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial Operations.
• Bridge quoting logic to CPQ systems, web-based quoting platforms, and digital configuration tools.
• Provide onboarding, training, rollout support, and governance for new BU integrations.
