Job summary

Peotter's Auto Body in Summit, NJ is seeking a high-performance Sales & Operations Manager to own the operation. This leadership and sales role will run the floor, lead the team, drive revenue, and represent our brand at the highest level. You will report directly to the Owner and gain autonomy after a 30-day onboarding period.

Key success factors include a strong KPI-driven mindset, customer obsession, and comfort with CRM systems and digital workflows. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of customer service, sales, and management experience.
• Proven track record managing teams and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong sales background — you know how to close.
• Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar a plus).
• Marketing awareness — you understand how to build and grow brand presence.
• Automotive industry knowledge preferred but not required — passion for the industry is a must.
• Experience in a production or service-based business environment.
