Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships. You will supervise the technical team and coordinate service delivery to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key duties include engaging customers in-person and by phone, managing technician workflow, ordering parts, and upholding a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Automotive Management Experience.
• Excellent closing skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level.
• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable, honest and goal-oriented team player.
• Must have valid driver's license.
